Donation for grooming the marathon track
The track of Tartu Marathon that runs through the rolling hills of South Estonia is one of the favourite places of skiing enthusiasts from the very first snowfall. In winter, over 2000 people use the track in one weekend.
There are resources in the marathon budget to prepare a world-class track for our skiing festival, but we wish to offer people a chance to enjoy the course throughout the winter. Back the grooming of the track and help us ensure that the skiiers can enjoy it during the whole snow period!
Tax incentives:
- MTÜ Klubi Tartu Maraton is on the list of non-profit associations and foundations benefiting from income tax incentives which means that a private person can apply for refund of income tax from donations. We will provide the donor's personal identification number and the donation sum to the Tax and Customs Board and it will be reflected in the pre-completed tax return.
- When donating to a listed non-profit association and foundation, companies (donators) can choose between two tax exempt limit values: either 3% of the wages paid or 10% of the profit for the previous financial year. MTÜ Klubi Tartu Maraton forwards the information by 1 February of the year following the calendar year to the Tax and Customs Board.
