The risk level of coronavirus continues to decline and sports events in Estonia are allowed to take place without any limits for the participant numbers.

After 2 years, Hawaii Express 41. Tartu Rattaralli will be held on site and with full program!
Covid certificate is no longer required to take part in the event and there is no general obligation to wear a mask during the event. However, in crowded places, it is recommended to wear a mask for people at risk.

As of April 1st, the rules for entering Estonia are simplified:

• people from most of the European countries are allowed to enter Estonia without any restrictions
• people arriving from third countries must present a Covid certificate (full vaccination, recovery or negative test result)
• self-isolation is mandatory for people arriving from third countries and who do not have a Covid certificate
• there are no restricitons for children under age 12
