From May 26th-28th, Tour of Estonia and the 42nd Tartu Rattaralli bring changes in traffic arrangements.
There will be traffic disturbances from 10.50 to 11.15 on Tartu maantee and the streets crossing it. The police will escort the riders out of Tallinn through Peetri küla and the road of Tallinn-Assaku. The technical start of the race will be given at Vaskjala bridge. Police will stop the traffic heading in the opposite direction until the cyclists are safely on the way. The traffic disturbance will not last longer than 8-10 minutes.
The course runs along Tallinn-Jüri-Vaida-Alavere-Albu-Aravete-Järva-Jaani-Vaimastvere-Jõgeva-Palamuse-Luua-Lähte-Tartu. Please be mindful of the riders moving along the course (from 11.00 to 16.00). Take extra care following the traffic signs and the signals from the traffic regulators. The police will stop the cars heading in the opposite direction until the riders have safetely passed by. When signalled by the police, please pull over on the side of the road. The traffic will not be closed for longer than 10-15 minutes. Moving in the same direction as the riders is allowed. However, passing the police car following the riders is prohibited.

The traffic on the course will be temporarily closed until the riders and the convoy cars have passed through. The approximate time for road closure will be from 13.50 to 14.30. The traffic on the nearby streets and the ones crossing the route will probably not be closed for more than 10 minutes. For the safety of the riders, it is not allowed to park on Kesk street from 12.30 to 14.30 on Suur street (Sauna-Kesk) starting the morning of the race.

The expected finish at Toomemäe (Lossi street) is at 15.30. The course will be closed for traffic for approximately 20 minutes between 14.50-16:00.

The course will be closed for traffic from 11.00 to 19.00. The temporary traffic arrangements will also affect Turu and the surrounding streets from the evening of May 25th onwards. If possible, we kindly ask you to avoid using motorised vehicles on the course at times stated in traffic information. Turu street (Soola-Aida) will experience increased traffic disturbances from 19.00 on May 25th until 22.00 on May 28th. Therefore, we advise using other routes if possible.

The course runs along Lähte-Maarja-Magdaleena- Aovere- Vedu- Alatskivi- Kolkja-Varnja- Kavastu- Luunja.
Between 9.30 and 18.30 take extra care following the traffic signs and the signals from the traffic regulators and be mindful of thousands of cyclists on the road. The course will be open for traffic but when passing by a bigger group of cyclists, it is adviced to slow down and give a signal if necessary.
On the route of Kolkja- Varnja ja Luunja-Ihaste, it is only allowed to drive in the same direction as the cyclists. Please familiarise yourself with the schedule and the locations on the map in order to avoid congestion. The motorised vehicles should only be used at those times and locations and only when absolutely necessary.
