Bib numbers can be collected at:
Participants will receive a QR code via email, which allows for a quick and convenient pickup of their bib number and timing chip. If the QR code does not arrive for any reason, the bib and chip can also be collected using the participant’s name.
Start numbers can be also found in the participant list.
On race day morning, bib pickup at the start location will close 30 minutes before the start!
Saturday 20 km distances, participants can choose their start corridor based on their estimated finish time:

Course map:
The course is marked with red-white and yellow directional arrows. Potential wrong turns are blocked off with tape or triangular course markers. Every kilometer is marked along the route.
On the 40 km course, there are three service stations at 7.7 km, 20.5 km, and 27.5 km. On the 20 km course, there is one service and refreshment station at 7.7 km. The menu includes Enervit sports drink, blueberry kissel, water, banana, Salvest salted cucumber, Eesti Pagar bread and bun, salt, and raisins.
Athletes may receive drinks from their own support crew outside of the official refreshment stations, but littering is strictly prohibited outside these stations. Additionally, due to the lack of road access, transportation to the course is highly limited. There are no designated or prepared team feeding zones.
Free waxing and ski assistance, as well as spare poles, are available at all stations on both race days.
Please respect nature and dispose of waste only in designated trash areas!
Marathon takes place at Alutaguse Sports Center. The start, finish, and all services are conveniently located within a 200-meter radius. However, please note that depending on your parking location, the distance from the car to the start may be up to 1 km. If parking along the roadside, you can also ski to the start.
A seat is guaranteed only with a pre-sale ticket, available online or at Tartu Laululava during the bib pick-up (Feb 13 from 12:00-19:00 and Feb 14 from 10:00-19:00).
One-way pre-sale ticket costs 6 EUR; if purchased on the bus 10 EUR.
When buying your ticket, choose the departure according to your start time. Arrive a few minutes early, the bus leaves on time!
Return ticket must be purchased separately. Buses depart from the finish area every hour.

You can conveniently travel from Tallinn to the Tartu Marathon on both days using the Tallinn-Jõhvi train (see the schedule):

Parking is free. Arrive early and follow the instructions of the parking officers!
Depending on your parking spot, you may need to walk up to 1 km. If parking along the roadside, you can also ski to the start.

The Vintage Race will take place as part of Saturday’s 20 km classic race.
Memo for the Vintage Race participants:
The relay race will take place on a 7.5 km loop, with each member of a three-person team completing the loop once. Read more here.
The kids races will also take place on Saturday in Alutaguse, with the first start at 10:20. There are two distance options – 200m and 500m. Ski rentals will be available on-site. Every young skier crossing the finish line will receive a prestigious medal and a tasty treat. Participation fee 4 EUR. Sign up HERE.

The 20 km classic, freestyle, and vintage races on Saturday award a Worldloppet Silver stamp, while the 40 km classic race on Sunday awards a Gold stamp. Stamps can be collected at the secretariat tent in Alutaguse.
The Masters' reception will take place on Friday, February 14, at Tartu Laululava (2nd floor hall) from 17:00 to 19:00. Invitations will be sent via email.

Net time is calculated and timing starts at start line, except for the elite group of the 40 km race (bib numbers 1–100) where timing starts at the firing of the start gun.
The timing chip must be returned when exiting the finish area.

There is no awarding at the 20 km FT race.
Time schedule is available in the program.
Medical staff are available at the start area and refreshment stations.
If you need medical assistance on the course, call 112 or contact the nearest staff member or medical staff at a service station.
If you decide to withdraw from the race (even for non-medical reasons), please inform the nearest medical staff or call +372 53 00 91 12.
