Among women, Tatjana Mannima (3.17.58.8) became the winner of the Tartu Maraton for the third time. He was followed by Piret Pärnik (+08.03.3) and Reeda Tuula-Fjodorov (+08.53).

"I liked the course, except the end, where it got very difficult. It was also good to ski with men, "said Mannima, the first woman to cross the finish line.

A total of 3477 ski fans started on the main races today. 2510 went for the longer 63km distance and 967 for the shorter 31km distance.

For the first time in Tartu Maraton history there is also a virtual race option and it is available until 14th of March.

The next event in the Tartu Maraton Cube 2021 series is the 39th Tartu Forest Marathon (running), which takes place on the 9th of May.
