TARTU MARATON HAS A BIRTHDAY

The history of the Tartu Maraton dates back to 1960, when the first Tartu-Kääriku ski marathon was held on January 16.
First Tartu Maraton on 16th of January 1960.
During 63 years, a total of 212 thousand people have participated at the Tartu Maraton and together it means 10,6 million skied kilometers.
If we could ski from the Earth to the Moon and back, it would have been done at least 13 times already!
