Tartu Bike Marathon Kids’ Races welcome all children regardless of age, athletic preparation or previous experience. Children aged up to 4 years are allowed to be accompanied by one adult on the track. However, if a child is already a confident cyclist, we ask parents not to join them on the track; this reduces the risk of collisions and ensures a safer ride for all participants.

PS: Age groups are recommendations only. When choosing a start time, it is best to consider the distance length, not just the child’s age.

Registration

• Registration is mandatory and online registration is open until September 20 at 10:00 AM.
• Registration is also possible on the day of the event.
• All online registrants will receive a unique QR code by e-mail. Showing this code at the venue on a phone is sufficient to receive the start bib.

Start Bibs and Start Procedure​

• ​Start bib handout is opened one hour before the start.
• All children start with bib number 1.
• After receiving the bib, children may proceed directly to the start area.
• Helmet is mandatory! Also for any accompanying adult riding a bicycle on the course.

Finish Area

Every finisher is greeted at the finish line with:

• a medal,
• a small treat,
• and the opportunity to download and colour a personal diploma.
• A list of participants will be published on the website after the event.

Prize Raffle and Special Offers

• All children who register in advance will take part in a prize draw.
• Several Tartu Bike Marathon partners also offer special discounts for participants.
